Mountain Biking

One of our classic activities, mountain biking is fun and challenging for everyone. We offer a wide variety of terrain from easy and gentle trails to those that are more challenging and aggressive.  Groups with experienced riders can try out our bridges and jumps.  Please note participants are required to bring their own bike helmets.

Climbing Wall

Our approach is simple: anyone can learn to rock climb and our program provides the key to success. Routes are designed to cover a full range of climbing techniques.  Climbing improves communication, co-operation, and trust, as teamwork is a vital aspect to safe and successful climbing.
