Position Available for 2015/2016 Season:

Rental Shop Manager (Full-time) 
(November 1st to May 31)

  • Must be able to work weekends
  • Successful candidate will have previous management experience.
  • Demonstrate the ability to lead a team of motivated employees
  • Follow risk and claim management practices.
  • Be able to complete repairs on equipment.
  • Ensure a safe operation in a clean environment
  • Keep inventory in good working order
  • Train staff on calibrating.

Booking Coordinator (Full-time)
September 1 to March 30

Responsible for the administrative requirements of our recreational programs.  Including but not limited to:  sales, marketing, group scheduling,  invoicing, customer service, school group ticket production, rental form collection, waiver collection, as well as data entry and word processing.

  • Must have administrative skills and previous experience in a related position
  • Must be proficient at Microsoft Word, Excel and Quick books
  • Skilled and proficient at multi tasking
  • Knowledgeable on all Lakeridge Resort products
  • Able to handle a fast paced work environment
  • Excellent Communication skills

Payroll Administrator
Approximately 30 hours a week in November and December
Approximately15 hours a week in January to April

  • Knowledgeable with the Ceridian Program Dayforce and Powerpay.
  • Process hourly and salary payroll for 300 employees
  • Assist with job hiring
  • Full cycle from hire to termination
  • Balancing and reconciling payroll
  • Handle and employee inquiries via phone or email
  • Process address and pay rate changes for employees

OCTOBER 18, 2015

Ski Patrol 

  • High quality Advanced First Aid training with CPR & AED certifications
  • Posses an average skiing or riding ability.  
  • Will take part in lift evacuations, if necessary.  Monitor and enforce alpine responsibility code.
  • Opportunity to improve your skiing or riding skills
  • Perfer Firefighters and or Ambulance Attendants

Rental Technician: Must be a minimum age of 16 

  • Work with customers, clean rental shop, adjust  &  mount bindings
  • Must be available to work evenings and weekends


  • Expereience required
  • Must be available on evenings and weekends

Kitchen Cashier: 

  • Take orders, serve food to the customer, cleaning, & stocking 
  • Smart Serve Certificate is an asset
  • Must be available on evenings and weekends

Ticket Cashier:  

  • Sell tickets, operate computers, handle cash, answer phones, & balance tills
  • Must be available on evenings and weekends

Ski and Snowboard Instructors:  

  • Must have a minimum of CASI and or CSIA Level 1
  • Must be available one day every weekend in January & February. 
  • Weekday, evenings & weekends positions available 

Lift Operator & Snow Tube Park Attendant: Must be a minimum of age 16

  • Operate lifts, load passengers, prepare ramps, check tickets and interact with customers
  • Must be able to work in cold temperatures
  • Must be avaiable on evenings and weekends

Park Rangers: 

  • Ride and insepct elements, check tickets, enforce terrain park policy and safe riding, hand maintenance on park elements
  • Must have availabilty for evenings and weekends


  • Operate and service grooming vehicles on slopes, groom ski runs, & work with Park Rangers for Terrain Park design
  • Must be able to work in cold temperatures
  • Must be able to groom overnight


  • Make snow using our snowmaking system, transport equipment using ATV, snowmobile, tractor or groomer
  • Change fuses, set up and tear down equipment, mixing of snowmax and cold weather exposure.

Ski & Snowboard Apprentices:  This is a non paying position


  • Free lift pass for everyday you are Apprenticing
  • Free Professional training, focusing on personal skiing & snowboarding techniques and teaching practices, prep for CSIA/CASI Level 1
  • Build friendships, contacts and references
  • A paid position with the Lakeridge Ski & Ride School once certified

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assists Instructors to provide a fun and exciting experience for the Lakeridge clientele
  • Assists Instructors to maintain class management and safety on and off hill
  • Act in a professional manner
