Arrive at your scheduled arrival time to maximize your time on the slopes! You may check in as early as 15 minutes prior to your scheduled time slot. Tickets do not get extended for late arrivals. If you reserved for 3pm but you arrive at 3:30pm, your ticket will expire at 5:00pm.
No refunds or change requests will be issued on the day of your scheduled activity.
All refund requests must be made by email to admin@lakeridgeresort.ca. Please include your order number and specify the refund option you are requesting. Review options below.
OPTION #1
Refund requests must be submitted by 12:00 PM the day prior to your scheduled activity. We will process your refund using the same payment method, and an administration fee of 15% of the order total will be applied.
OPTION #2
Refund requests must be submitted by 12:00 PM the day prior to your scheduled activity. Full refund is provided as store credit that can be applied for future purchases.
