Restrictions

Online purchase is required for guaranteed admission.
Lakeridge will determine the end of the season due to weather/safety and is not responsible for any early closure due to reasons beyond its control.
Coupons not valid with any other offers or promotions.
Coupons cannot be used with the 2-hour end of night tickets.
Please review Lakeridge Resort’s hours of operation prior to coming out, as Lakeridge reserves the right to change hours of operation.
Valid on Family Day (February 16th) from 4:30pm to 9:30pm. Not valid from 9:00am to 4:29pm.
Black Out Days (coupons not valid) on Christmas Day – December 25th, Boxing Day – December 26th, December 27th, December 31st – New Years Eve & January 1st – New Years Day
Valid on December 28th, 29th & 30th starting at 4:30pm
Starting Saturday, March 13, 2027, coupons can be redeemed at any time during hours of operation with no day or time restrictions until the end of the season.

Instructions For Redeeming Coupons

Step #1: Create a customer account on the Lakeridge website. After you have completed setting up your profile, you will proceed to the estore to purchase your coupon pack.

Step#2: You will receive an email confirmation from Lakeridge Resort with your Coupon Pack Redemption Code.

Enter your Redemption Code.

TO REDEEM IN PERSON

Present your redemption code or the attached QR code to the cashier prior to placing your order.

You can share your coupons with others not linked to your profile for both online and in-person purchases. Simply share your redemption code or QR code.
