Are helmets mandatory?

Helmets are mandatory in the Terrain Park, Snowcross, Banked Slalom Run and on all jumps. Helmets are available to rent for $13.30 plus HST.

Can night season passes be used during the day?

Night passes can not be used during the day.  Night pass holders can purchase a lift ticket upgrade by the hour.  Max is 3 hours.

What happens if I forget my season pass?

A lift ticket must be purchased. No complimentary ticket will be issued.

What happens if I purchased a season pass and never picked it up?

A refund will be issued, minus the $66.00 + HST admin fee if your request is received by a Lakeridge Representative before December 23rd.  After December 23rd there will be no refund.

Lost season pass

First renewal: $100.00 + HST | Second renewal: 50% + HST of the original pass price.

Picking up passes

Proof of age is required when picking up passes.  All ages quoted as of December 31st, 2023.

Method of payment

Lakeridge accepts cash, Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Debit.

Does a lift ticket and season pass include snow tubing?

No, snow tubing tickets must be purchased separately.

How do I secure my skis or snowboard?

Bring a lock or purchase one from our Boutique.

Can I bring equipment into the building?

No, all skis and snowboards must remain outside on ski racks provided.

Does Lakeridge participate in the Grade 5 Snow Pass Program?

No, Lakeridge does not participate in the Grade 4, 5 or 6 Snow Pass Program.

What happens if my lift ticket falls off?

You will need to purchase a new lift ticket.

Can I bring in food from other establishments?

Food purchased from outside establishments is NOT permitted in the chalet.  Homemade bagged lunches can be
consumed in the 2nd floor cafeteria.  No cooking equipment allowed.

Ticket Removal Policy

Designated Lakeridge personnel have the authority to warn our customers and if necessary remove their ticket or season pass for out of control or irresponsible skiing/snowboarding or snow tubing, being intoxicated or for any other act deemed unacceptable.
