To wash trays, dishes, and utensils. Clean the overall kitchen.

Follow all Lakeridge Policies & Procedures, WHMIS and WSIB Procedures.
Daily cleaning of all floors (mop buckets), equipment, and garbage collection as required.
Empty kitchen garbage cans and remove them to the garbage shed.
Assist prepping food as requested.
Washing all cafeteria trays and returning them to the front counter.
Washing all cooking utensils, pots & pans, and other items assigned.

Must possess excellent public relations skills and be of a friendly and co-operative nature
Must be professional, energetic, and dependable
Be confident in a team atmosphere
Able to lift, carry, or otherwise move and position a minimum of 20 pounds on an occasional basis
Must be 14 years of age or older
Be able to work evening 4:30pm – 9:15pm including weekends and holidays!

To execute a smooth, efficient and accurate running of the customers counter/order.

To execute a smooth, efficient and accurate running of the customers counter/order.

Pick up and return cash till from the receipt room.
Set up the counter area, ensuring that the supply of condiments, the beverage fridges are ready for the shift.
Take the food orders from the customers, process them through the till.
Deliver the food order from the designated warming area to the customer trays.
Assist with opening and closing of kitchen.

Must be able to reason and react with quick and thoughtful judgment while remaining calm under pressure
Must be confident in a team atmosphere
Must be 15 years of age or older
Candidates must be flexible to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Open and or close the kitchen. Prepping or delegating prep work of food as required.
- e.g., cutting tomatoes, defrosting/dividing burgers
Cooking food orders properly and quickly
Ensuring orders are going out efficiently.
Maintain highest level of cleanliness. Follow Board of Health regulations

Must possess excellent public relations skills and be of a friendly and co-operative nature

Must be 16 years of age or older
