Are Lift Tickets Refundable?
Lift tickets are eligible for a partial refund or resort credit if notice is provided to Lakeridge Resort by the refund deadline of 12:00pm the day prior to your scheduled activity. Refund requests received after this deadline will not be eligible for a refund, resort credit or date/time change. There are no exceptions.
On same day purchases, sales are final. There are no exceptions.

All refund requests must be made by email to admin@lakeridgeresort.ca. Please include your order number and specify the refund option you are requesting. Review options below.
OPTION #1: Partial Refund
A refund minus a 15% administration fee, issued to the same method of payment used for the original purchase.
OPTION #2: Resort Credit
A 100% refund issued as resort credit which can be applied to future purchases. Resort credit does not expire.
NOTE:
- Refund requests received after 12pm the day prior to your scheduled activity will NOT be eligible for a refund, resort credit or date/time change.
- We do not guarantee snow conditions, weather conditions, open terrain or number of lifts operating.
- Please allow up to 2 business days for your refund to be processed.

All Equipment Rentals are non-transferable.

If I am injured, can I receive a refund?
There is an inherent risk when participating in Snow Sports. No refunds or credits will be issued due to injuries sustained at Lakeridge Resort.
