No refunds or change requests will be issued on the day of your scheduled activity.
All refund requests must be made by email to admin@lakeridgeresort.ca. Please include your order number and specify the refund option you are requesting. Review options below.
OPTION #1
Refund requests must be submitted by 12:00 PM the day prior to your scheduled activity. We will process your refund using the same payment method, and an administration fee of 15% of the order total will be applied.
OPTION #2
Refund requests must be submitted by 12:00 PM the day prior to your scheduled activity. Full refund is provided as store credit that can be applied for future purchases.
NOTE:
- No refunds or change requests will be issued on the day of your scheduled activity.
- No refunds or change requests will be issued after 12:00pm the day before your scheduled activity.
- We do not guarantee snow conditions, weather conditions, open terrain or number of lifts operating.
- Please allow up to 2 business days for your refund to be processed.
